1.Our return order processing time

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Airsfilter.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (MST).

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

We apologize if it times out.

We will give you priority processing.

2.Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process.

Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.

3.How do I return the product?

If you need to return an item, you may do so as follow:

Contact customer service via email to request a return.

Please contact our customer service Cory Saunders at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Air Filter, we will prioritize your order.

For items purchased on Airsfilter.com, you have the right to return them within 14 natural days from the date of receipt.

Air Filter are subject to the following requirements.

(1) Products purchased at Airsfilter.com.

(2) Air Filter products are supported for return or exchange within 14 natural days after signing.

(3) Air Filter should be in new condition.

(4) Returns of Air Filter products can also be arranged if there are non-man-made quality problems ( such as broken, worn, missing components, etc.) before using of the product.

(5) The original label and outer packaging of the product should be intact,

4.Return Shipping Costs

If the return is requested due to a product quality issue with the Air Filter ( such as broken, worn, missing components, etc.), shipping costs will be covered by Airsfilter.com.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as don’t like it, don’t want it, etc.), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Note: We do not charge for re-shelving.

5.Refund amount

When a return request is created by your account and you have sent your package to the Airsfilter.com return address.

Airsfilter.com will perform a quality check after signing for your returned package.

If your returned item meets the requirements of the Airsfilter.com return policy, we will immediately process your refund.
