1.Our order processing time
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Airsfilter.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (MST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.

2.Where do we ship from?
All orders for Air Filter products are shipped from 6489 N Warbonnet Dr, Prescott Valley, Arizona.
We are currently focused on serving the US market.
We have established stable relationships with our logistics partners in the US and can ensure that your orders are delivered in the shortest possible time with traceable shipping options.
3.Shipping Cost
For all U.S. orders, we will ship with our Standard Shipping for $5 per order, and if your single purchase order totals more than $50, we will ship it for you free of charge with no courier fees.
Orders are delivered within 5-8 business days of being shipped.
4.Our delivery time
Our delivery time is 6-11 business days. The details will be as follows:

5.How do we package the product?
Our Air Filter will be wrapped in thickened foam cardboard box, you should check carefully after receiving the Air Filter.
After receiving the Air Filter products, if the damage is found ( such as broken, worn, missing components, etc.), please email to our customer service Cory Saunders via [email protected], and we will offer you a free return.
